Part-Time Work-Study With the Development Team
We’re looking to hire a student to help our development team for 12-15 hours/week. The ideal candidate is eligible for UMass Work-Study, is familiar with UMass Hillel and is comfortable working alongside Hillel staff in a casual office setting. This position will primarily focus on data quality and data cleanup projects in Excel and/or the Hillel donor management system, as well as provide office support for special projects:
Data Clean-Up and related research: help maintain and update alumni and parent records. Conduct limited online research to correct data inconsistencies and fill gaps.
Special mailings: On occasion help with small marketing mailings.
Ad-hoc projects may include: social media outreach, organizing digital files, and thanking donors for supporting Hillel via email, card, phone or video.
Flexible: Monday-Friday (12-15 hours/week)
Working shifts must be at least 3 hours.
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
Working knowledge/understanding of databases
Familiarity with social media channels like FB and Instagram
Attention to detail and tolerance for working with large datasets/large spreadsheets
Professional, articulate, outgoing and fun
