TOPPERS CLUB SCHOLARSHIP
The TOPPERS CLUB is an organization founded over 80 years ago as a social club in Connecticut. In 2007, it set up an Education Fund for the purpose of providing Jewish students with a scholarship to help defray their college education expenses.
The scholarship is directed toward college juniors and seniors, and selection will be based on criteria such as academic achievement, financial need, extra-curricular activities, community service, and character. Scholarships are expected to range from $2,500 to $5,000.
The scholarship guidelines and application are attached. Because of the nature of the club activities, please note the short window for the application submission deadline, which is September 22, 2023.
We recognize that the beginning of the academic year is a very busy time (complicated by the High Holidays), but we hope you can help us in making this information available to eligible upper-class students as soon as you can and/or making it part of your orientation programs.
The increasing costs of higher education should make this scholarship an attractive opportunity, and we are eager to identify good students to whom we can award our scholarships. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your assistance.

RONALD S. LAUDER FELLOWSHIP
The Ronald S. Lauder Fellowship is an international network of top Jewish student leaders seeking to represent and advocate on behalf of the global Jewish community on campus. Ronald S. Lauder Fellows are driven, with interest in public diplomacy, politics, communications, and other relevant fields.
Lauder Fellows will receive leadership training, priority access to high-level speakers within WJC’s global network, access to insider events at the United Nations and other international bodies, internship opportunities, and other World Jewish Congress resources.
The Ronald S. Lauder Fellowship runs one calendar year, beginning in August. Over the course of the Fellowship, students are brought to New York City and taken on a trip to Europe for leadership training and high-level meetings. While on campus and within their local Jewish student community, Fellows create a personalized work plan, based on local issues, which they implement with the support, guidance, and resources of the World Jewish Congress.
