Your health and safety are important to us! At UMass Hillel, we are working hard to ensure that everything we do is with the safety of students, their friends and families, and our staff in mind.

UMass Hillel Updated Covid Protocols - Last Updated 3/21/22
Dear Students,
In line with the new UMass policy, broader public health policies, and the lower Covid rates, UMass Hillel is changing our mask policy.
Masks are no longer required at Hillel, unless you actively have any cold symptoms or are a close contact to someone with Covid. If you have any symptoms or are a close contact, please continue to utilize free testing at UMass and mask in line with CDC guidance - https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/determine-close-contacts.html
Hillel will continue to maintain a culture in which individuals who wish to mask are welcome to do so, and we will continue to have KN95's and N95's available for free to students and visitors. We will also continue to take other precautions to lessen the risk of transmission. Since Covid is airborne, we will continue to use air purifiers in all Hillel spaces, keep windows open for ventilation, and take advantage of outdoors spaces during nice weather. We will also continue to monitor case positivity rates and make policy adjustments if needed.
