Judaic 191J: Women in the Bible Text Art
Instructor: Ariella Ruderman - Time TBA
In this workshop, we will create visual art with 2 and 3 dimensional materials. Our work will be inspired and nurtured through the examinations and experiences of women in the Bible.
Judaic 192B: Jewish Choral / Kolot
Advisor: Saul Perlmutter - Mondays and Wednesdays 7-9pm
Opportunity to learn and perform Jewish choral and a capella music as part of the student singing group. There will be an informal audition for the course.
Judaic 192C: Food, Speech, Sex, and Judaism

What ethical teachings does Judaism offer about eating, talking, and sex? How can we find a spiritual dimension to these and other aspects of everyday living?
Judaic 193G: Everyday Hebrew
Instructor: Michal Baruch Time: Thursday 4-5:15 pm
This course will focus on spoken Hebrew for everyday use. The goals will be to help students learn basic language and life skills to enable them to function in Israel.
Judaic 19--: Talmud Times

Talmud study from the primary source text. Advanced and beginner students welcome.
Judaic 19--: Ushiva
Instructor: David Ruderman - Sundays 7-9pm
Experience a yeshiva learning environment right here on campus. With the aid of instructors, students study Jewish text with a study partner, on their own, or in small groups, over dinner.
Judaic 19--: Tanach Uncensored
Instructor: Elisha Rosensweig - Time TBA
The Bible is rife with stories that draw its heroes’ characters into question. This class will explore the different approaches of traditional Jewish commentaries including Rashi, Ramban and other commentaries.
